Terms and Conditions – Social Media Prize Draws 

  • Social Media Prize Draws are owned by @EpadermUK. Instagram account. Epaderm is a registered trademark and brand of Molnlycke Health Care.  
  • Social Media Prize Draws are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Epaderm UK and/or Epaderm brand owner, Molnlycke Healthcare and/ or their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or selection of the Prize Draw winner. 
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw. 
  • By entering the Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  • Maximum number of entries will be specified within the post, if not specified, it will be a  maximum of two entries entry per person are allowed within a Social Media Prize Draw 
  • Closing date for entry will be stated on @EpadermUK main ‘Prize Draw post’. The winner will be randomly selected up to 7 working days after the Prize Draw has closed.  The winner will be DM’d by @EpadermUK only. 
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 
  • Details of how to enter a Prize Draw and the prize available can be found on  @EpadermUK Instagram on the main ‘Prize Draw post’. 
  • Epaderm UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice .

  • Social Media Partner Prize Draws are owned by @EpadermUK and the partner(s) Instagram accounts. The Mölnlycke Health Care, Epaderm trademarks, names and logotypes are registered globally to one or more of the Mölnlycke Health Care Group of Companies.  
  • Social Media Partner Prize Draws are open to the participation of residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Epaderm UK and/or Epaderm brand owner, Molnlycke Healthcare and/ or their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or selection of the Prize Draw winner. 
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw. 
  • By entering the Prize Draw, the entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

This privacy statement describes how Mölnlycke Healthcare UK Ltd (“Mölnlycke”, “we”, “us” and “our”) will process your personal data in connection with the Epaderm UK Prize Draw. When you enter an Epaderm UK Prize Draw, we will collect and process your personal data (including your social network handle, name, postal address and email address) for the purpose of administering the competition and fulfilling your prize. We obtain this information directly from you via social network comments on our posts, Instagram direct messages and via email.

Our legal basis for the processing of your personal data in connection with the Epaderm UK Prize Draw is our legitimate interest in administering the Prize Draw, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize. This includes verifying eligibility, communicating with the selected winner, and coordinating with trusted third parties involved in prize fulfilment.

Your information will only be used to manage the Epaderm UK Prize Draw, contact the winner, and arrange prize delivery. Where necessary for prize fulfilment, we may share your details with trusted third parties such as our collaborating brands or retailers involved in supplying the prize. 

We will retain your personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the Prize Draw. Thereafter, your personal data will be deleted by us. Note however that Prize Draw messages and winner details may remain visible within Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other relevant social network for the Prize Draw, in line with such platform’s own data retention policies. 

As your personal data will be processed within Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other relevant social network for the Prize Draw, it may be transferred to or stored in countries outside the UK or EEA in accordance with such platform’s own processes. As Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or equivalent social networks are open platforms, your personal data will also be publicly available if you choose to participate in the Prize Draw. Aside from this platform related processing, we will not transfer your personal data outside the UK or EEA as part of the Epaderm UK Prize Draw.
